Optimization and process modeling

An optimization process usually starts with a bottom-up approach to business problem. The Blueway modeling graphical tool greatly facilitates this task.
Once the existing process modeled, identifying unnecessary tasks and task to automatized allows a quick first pass optimization. The implementation of business rules may be done via entry screens implemented by Blueway. The mapping is made through a graphical tool, error handling and debugging which is managed on high-level objects.
The already existing process is not modified, the impact is low. A second pass, this time based on a top-down approach may help to increase again efficiency, by a wide reorganization of services with a STP maximization objective, for example.
